After reviewing competitor offers and affiliate commission rates we restructured the programme, contacted key publishers and refreshed how they appeared on affiliate sites, we were also able to take advantage of newsletter and negotiate higher site placements with affiliates. 

What we achieved

In the first 4 months of 2016 eAZe Media are proud to have driven the same revenue from affiliates that been for delivered for the whole of 2015, since then we have more than doubled revenue from this 
channel (YOY '15 vs '16) and increased AOV by 15% per sale.

What we did

This affiliate programme had been running for three years, we reviewed the commissions paid, offers (both voucher and none voucher) available and started sending commnunications out to a wide mix of affiliates including key shopping affiliates.

What we achieved

We are proud to have been able to drive a massive 600% increase in sales YOY ('15 vs '16), revenue rose 750% whilst we also managed to reduce costs.

What we did

eAZe Media were taken on to advise on an affiliate sales growth strategy to encompass consumer offers and recruit new publishers to the programme.

Originally live with Tradedoubler, we negotiated a second network status with Affiliate Future and 

introduced a number of ideas to aid publisher and consumer conversion, we ensured voucher offers were communicated across all publishers and introduced a marketing plan for effective affiliates.

Results

Not only have we grown the affiliates generating sales, we worked to aid affiliate conversion, tracking calls and re-targeting customers, our sales are increasing month on month and have provided a YOY uplift of 480% with 5x the revenue generated from this channel.
